1.1 You should only use the website if you accept the following website terms and conditions (the ‘terms’). Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept all of these terms, you should not use the website. 

1.2 Chris Maguire trading as iMeg Partnership (“iMeg”) assumes no responsibility for such information and disclaims all liability in respect of such information. iMeg reserves the right to change all the contents of the website at any time without notice to you. Any error or omission of any information that is published on the website shall be subject to correction. 

1.3 iMeg may modify these terms at any time and will inform you of any intended changes by posting a notice on the website. If you do not wish to accept any amended terms you should stop using the website. Your continued use of the website will signify your acceptance of any amended terms.

It is recommended that you regularly update your browser software and use up-to-date anti-virus software to ensure that your access to the website is as secure as possible.

7.1 You shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by iMeg which are caused by your deliberate breach of these terms.

8.1 iMeg may cancel or suspend your access to the website if: 

  1. a) you breach these terms or misuse the website; or 
  2. b) you have behaved in a way which objectively could be regarded as inappropriate or is unlawful or illegal or which would bring iMeg into disrepute. 

8.2 iMeg may suspend access to the website or require you to change any passwords that you may use to access parts of the website if iMeg reasonably believes that the website has been or is likely to be misused, and will notify you accordingly. 

8.3 It may be necessary, for reasons beyond iMeg’s control, to terminate the website and if this occurs as much notice shall be given to you as is reasonably possible in the circumstances. 

8.4 Any termination of the website or your access to the website will not affect liability previously incurred by either of you or iMeg to the other.

9.1 These terms and the agreement between you and iMeg are governed by English law and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10.1 iMeg cannot guarantee that the website complies with all foreign and local laws and requirements outside the United Kingdom.

11.1 If you breach these terms and iMeg ignores this, iMeg will still be entitled to enforce all these terms at a later date or in any other situation where you breach these terms. 

11.2 If any part of these terms is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect
